A Norwegian speciality. Made with goats' milk and cows' cream based on a recipe from 1863. I don't think I sell a cheese that confuses people as much as this one! It has an almost sweet caramel flavour that just melts in your mouth. Try a thin slice with some fruit cake or on a digestive biscuit.
